Requesting an Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible after your purchase.
Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the current status of the order. While we make every effort to accommodate requests received promptly, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.

Orders submitted after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Because orders move into fulfillment quickly, we encourage customers to contact us immediately if they need to cancel or modify an order.
When Cancellation Is Possible
An order may be canceled if it has not yet entered fulfillment or shipment preparation.
If your cancellation request is approved:
- Your order will be canceled.
- No shipment will be created.
- Any eligible payment will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refund processing follows the timeline described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
Unfortunately, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated once an order has:
- Entered processing.
- Been prepared for shipment.
- Been assigned to a shipping carrier.
- Been shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be stopped or recalled.
If you no longer wish to keep the item after delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Changing an Order
Customers may request changes to an order before processing begins.
Depending on the order status, we may be able to assist with changes such as:
- Shipping address
- Recipient name
- Contact information
- Product size
- Product color
- Item quantity
Requested changes are subject to inventory availability and fulfillment status.
Submitting a change request does not guarantee that the requested modification can be completed.
Address Changes
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.
We will make every reasonable effort to update your shipping information before the order enters shipment preparation.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we may no longer be able to modify the delivery address.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.
Incorrect Orders
If you realize that an incorrect item was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet entered processing, we may be able to update the product selection.
If the order has already shipped, the purchase will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally place the same order more than once, please notify us immediately.
Our team will review the order status and, when possible, cancel any duplicate order that has not yet entered processing.
Payment Authorization
Order modifications or cancellations may require additional payment verification or authorization depending on the payment method used.
If a refund is applicable, it will be issued to the original payment method after the cancellation has been confirmed.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery after an order has shipped, the package may be returned to us by the shipping carrier.
Any refund resulting from a returned shipment will be processed after the package has been received and inspected in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare situations, Angelastillwell reserves the right to cancel an order, including but not limited to:
- Payment authorization failure.
- Pricing or listing errors.
- Product unavailability.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
- Compliance with legal obligations.
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If we cancel your order, you will be notified promptly, and any eligible payment will be refunded.

Angelastillwell may update this Cancel/Change Order Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or business changes.
The latest version will always be available on our website with the updated Effective Date.
