How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your preferred size and quantity, add the item to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the payment instructions to complete your purchase.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, you may request a cancellation or modification before your order enters processing.
Once an order has begun processing or has been shipped, changes and cancellations are no longer possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
How do I know my order was successful?
After your payment has been completed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.
What is the shipping cost?
We offer Standard Shipping for a flat rate of $6.99.
Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
What time is the daily order cut-off?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship orders using trusted carriers, including:

- UPS
- FedEx
The carrier is selected based on destination and operational availability.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number whenever tracking is available.
My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do?
Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may occasionally be delayed.
If your tracking has not updated for several business days, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return period?
We accept eligible returns within 60 days of the delivery date.
Returned items must meet the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 12 business days.
Your payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.
Are there any restocking or refund fees?
No.
Angelastillwell does not charge restocking fees or refund processing fees for approved returns.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, you may return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
